Face ID technology and ToF sensor
Some sources say Apple will remove Face ID, instead integrating the Touch ID fingerprint sensor under the screen.

5 nm chip
iPhone 2020 is equipped with A14 Bionic chip.
Thus, if equipped with a 5 nm chip, the iPhone 2020 is likely to become the most powerful smartphone this year because chip solutions for Android devices such as the Snapdragon 865, Exynos 990 and MediaTek Dimensity 1000 SoC all use 7 nm technology.
