The villain ‘Ant-Man 3’ enjoys Vietnamese calligraphy

Actor Jonathan Majors gave an interview to VnExpress.

In the first blockbuster of this year – Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania (Vietnamese name: Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantum World), Jonathan Majors plays the villain Kang the Conqueror.

Talking to VnExpress on the occasion of the film’s premiere in Sydney (Australia), the new star of the Marvel Cinematic Universe talked about the character: `What first attracted me to the role of Kang was the complexity of the role.

The artist said learning to play this villain was like joining Shakespeare’s theater troupes.

Kang the Conqueror (right) is one of the most famous villains in Marvel comics, now brought to the big screen.

Actor Jonathan Majors was born in 1989 to a mother who is a pastor and a father who worked in the US Air Force.

After watching the movie The Dark Knight directed by Christopher Nolan in 2008, Jonathan Majors was inspired by actor Heath Ledger (role Joker) and found his passion for acting.

His first breakthrough role was in the independent film The Last Black Man in San Francisco in 2019 and received an Independent Spirit Award nomination.

Jonathan Majors joins the Marvel Cinematic Universe from Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.
