Women in business have the strengths of perseverance in the face of difficulties, caring for workers, contributing significantly to the economy as well as promoting gender equality in society, but they also face many difficulties.
Particularly for the group of disadvantaged women starting businesses with small and micro business models, households such as cafes, restaurants, fashion stores, online businesses…, the two biggest barriers are the qualifications.
