Hanoi currently has 15 foreign-invested schools (international schools).

Currently, only Concordia Hanoi Multi-Level High School and Korean School in Hanoi have not yet announced this year’s tuition rates and enrollment plans.

United Nations International School Hanoi (UNIS)

Address: G9, Lac Long Quan street, Ciputra urban area, Tay Ho district.

The school’s admission plan for each level is sent in a letter when parents register for admission, and is not published on the website.

French International School (Lycée français Alexandre Yersin)

Students applying to secondary school are tested in French (written and spoken), Math and English.

In addition to tuition, parents must pay a registration fee of 10 to 25 million VND, lunch of 95,000 VND for main meals and 75,000 VND for snacks.

Hanoi International School (HIS)

Location: 48 Lieu Giai, Cong Vi ward, Ba Dinh district.

Students who want to enter grade 6 or 10 will be given a language test and interview at a cost of 4.5 million VND.

After receiving the admission letter, parents must pay an additional 24 million VND registration fee and 28.8 million VND for bus transportation for their children.

Japanese International School (JIS)

Address: 36 To Huu, Van Phuc ward, Ha Dong district.

To enter secondary school, after submitting the application, students will participate in an interview and take an entrance test for a fee of 5 million VND.

After being admitted, parents pay 25 million VND admission fee and deposit 20 million VND to reserve a place for their child.

British Vietnamese Royal International School (BVIS Royal)

Address: 72A Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan district.

All students applying to study at BVIS must take an entrance exam before receiving an admission letter.

The school teaches foreign programs, grades 1 to 6 are primary level, grades 7 to 13 are secondary level.

After receiving the admission letter, parents continue to pay 47.2 million VND in enrollment fees to reserve their child’s place and 35.4 million VND in deposit.

British International School – Hanoi (BIS Hanoi)

Address: Lot H3-H4, Vincom Village ecological urban area, Long Bien district.

Regarding admission, after submitting all necessary documents, students are invited to the school to take an entrance test and interview with the block’s vice principal for a fee of 3.5 million VND.

In addition to tuition, parents must pay an additional reservation fee of 70.8 million VND and a deposit fee of 23.6 million VND.

Horizon International Bilingual Primary, Secondary and High School (HIBS)

Address: 98 To Ngoc Van Street, Villa 1, 2, Tay Ho District.

HIBS applies the Common European Framework of Reference for Language Standards (CEFR) when enrolling students.

In the 2020-2021 school year, with the Bilingual program, parents with children in secondary school must pay 242.9 million VND in tuition if paid for the whole year, 250.3 million VND if paid by term and 256.5 million VND paid quarterly.

In addition, parents must pay additional admission fees, online learning fees, testing fees and tablet computers, each from 2.5 to 25 million VND.

With the international program, secondary school tuition is 338 million VND for the whole year, 342 and 352 million VND if paid by term and quarter.

Singapore International Secondary School (SIS)

Address: Lot THQT new urban area C2 – Gamuda Gardens, Yen So ward, Tran Phu ward, Hoang Mai district.

Students registering for grades 6 and 10 must take an entrance exam and then be placed in a class.

The school teaches two programs: bilingual and international.

Last year, for the bilingual program, middle school tuition (grades 6-9) was 250.9 million VND when paid for the whole year.

With the international program, the entrance test fee and intensive English learning are kept the same as the bilingual program, the deposit fee is 15 million VND and the registration fee is 21.5 million VND.

St.Paul International Primary, Secondary and High School (St Paul Hanoi)

Address: Lot TH3-NT4, Splendora new urban area, km10+600, Thang Long Avenue, An Khanh commune, Hoai Duc district.

Regarding the admission process, students are evaluated based on criteria such as English and Math abilities, academic results of the last three years and letters of recommendation from the current school for a fee of 4.2 million VND.

Last year, junior high school tuition (grades 6-8) was 581.9 million VND if paid for the whole year, 600 and 605 million VND if paid periodically and quarterly.

In addition, parents must pay an additional 4.2 million VND test fee and 22.1 million VND admission fee.

ParkCity International Kindergarten and High School Hanoi (ISPH)

Address: ParkCity Hanoi urban area, Le Trong Tan street, La Khe ward, Ha Dong district.

Upon receiving the registration documents, the principal or vice principal will discuss directly with parents about their child’s application.

The school divides tuition by class and has not announced this year’s tuition rate.

The school does not announce high school tuition but sends it directly to parents after receiving applications.
